The EPA Headquarters in Shuwaikh is a low-rise, eco-friendly building designed to harmonize with its natural surroundings. Its layout incorporates courtyards and maximizes natural light, while the façade emphasizes openness and connection with the environment. The building features Kuwait’s first HVAC system with overnight thermal storage, demonstrating energy efficiency and setting a regional benchmark for sustainable design.
