Al-Dar National Real Estate commissioned Al Jazera Consultants to design and supervise the construction of a major mixed-use development located in Kuwait City, within the Sharq district on Jaber Al Mubarak Street (Plot No. 1/1). The project occupies a site area of approximately 6,392 m², with a total built-up area of around 165,000 m². The development is conceived as an integrated urban destination comprising a shopping mall, a cinema complex, a five-star hotel, and an office tower with associated facilities, creating a dynamic environment that combines retail, hospitality, entertainment, and business functions within a single cohesive development.
