AL TIJARIA TOWER

Inspired by a spiral, this 218 m, -37storey office tower rotates 80 degrees along its vertical axis, creating a dynamic and visually striking form. The central circular core anchors the structure, while stacked atrium gardens on each level introduce greenery and natural light into the work environment. Each floor provides approximately 700 m² of flexible office space, optimized for functionality and user comfort. The façade, composed of smooth aluminum and blue tinted glass, emphasizes the tower’s sleek, twisting geometry, while the podium employs natural stone and precast concrete to provide a grounded, contrasting base that complements the contemporary elegance of the tower above.
